ATAIX Eurasia offers two ways to withdraw digital assets: via blockchain or using a Crypto Credential.

How to initiate a withdrawal

1. Log in to your account and open the Wallet section.

2. Select the desired cryptocurrency from the list of balances

3. Click the Withdraw tab.

4. Select one of the available options: Withdraw via blockchain or Withdraw via Crypto Credential.

Travel Rule Compliance

ATAIX Eurasia complies with the requirements of the international Travel Rule standard. During the withdrawal process, you may be required to provide:

● the recipient's address,

● the purpose of the withdrawal,

● the destination of the withdrawal,

● information about the beneficiary (if the recipient is another person or organization).

This information helps to ensure the security of transactions and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Option 1 – Withdrawal via blockchain

Step 1. Specify the withdrawal parameters

● Select the correct blockchain for the transaction (e.g., BITCOIN).

● Enter the withdrawal amount.

Step 2. Fill in the transaction details

● Specify the exact address of the recipient.

● Specify the purpose of the withdrawal (e.g., transfer to a personal wallet or trading);

● Enter a memo if required by the blockchain.

● Check the box to agree to the Travel Rule policy.

Step 3. Enter the beneficiary information

● Select whether the withdrawal destination address (recipient's address) is a custodial wallet (VASР, e.g., an exchange) or a personal wallet.

● If the recipient is an exchange, specify its name.

● If the exchange to which you are transferring digital assets is not on the list, select “non-custodial wallet.”

● If you are the beneficiary, indicate this.

● If the funds are being withdrawn to another person or company, fill in the beneficiary's details (first name, last name, or organization name).

Step 4. Transaction confirmation

After clicking Withdraw:

● a window will appear with the transaction details, where you need to check all the information you have entered;

● a request to confirm the transaction will be sent to your email address;

● after confirmation, the transfer will be processed within a few minutes to 24 hours.

Option 2 – Withdrawing cryptocurrency via Crypto Credential

Crypto Credential is a Mastercard technology that allows you to send and receive cryptocurrency using a unique alias (username) instead of a long blockchain address. This reduces the risk of errors and makes it easier to comply with the Travel Rule.

Step 1. Registration

If you are using the service for the first time:

1. Go to the Withdrawal → Crypto Credential tab.

2. Click Start and register your nickname (for example: username.ataix.mastercard).

3. Confirm your registration.

4. Your nickname can be found in your profile settings.

5. Once you have registered your unique nickname, you will not need to repeat this process in the future.

6. Enter the transfer amount.

Step 2. Specify the withdrawal parameters

1. Select the cryptocurrency and blockchain (e.g., BTC and BITCOIN).

2. Enter the memo if required by the blockchain.

3. Check the box to agree to the Travel Rule policy.

4. Click Next.

Step 3. Specify the recipient

● Instead of the wallet address, enter the recipient's Crypto Credential nickname (for example: friendname.ataix.mastercard).

● The remaining fields (purpose of withdrawal, beneficiary details) are filled in similarly to a blockchain withdrawal.

Step 4. Confirm the transaction

● Check the transaction details in the final window.

● Confirm the transaction via email.

● Transaction processing takes from a few minutes to 24 hours.

⚠️ Important:

● The Crypto Credential nickname cannot be changed after registration.

● Make sure that the recipient has correctly activated Crypto Credential.

● If you enter an incorrect Crypto Credential nickname, the funds may be lost.
