You can replenish your fiat wallet or withdraw from it by bank transfer the amount of 12 750 KZT (or equivalent) or more. Operations are charged by your bank and you can get the exact cost from them. Please note that payment orders less than 12 750 KZT or the equivalent in another fiat currency may be lost.
It is highly recommended to copy and paste bank details to avoid mistakes. Please note that ATAIX Eurasia is not responsible for transfers sent with incorrect details.
1) Beneficiary code - 15
2) Purpose of Payment Code (PPC) – 371 (Purchase of digital assets).
If your bank does not allow you to specify 371, you can use PPC - 590 (Other payments under section 5) or 194 (Purchase of electronic money).
3) MSC (Money sender code) consists of two digits:
– the first digit means residence (1 – resident of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2 – non-resident of the Republic of Kazakhstan)
– the second digit indicates the economic sector (from 1 to 9).
Frequently applicable economic sectors:
5 – Other financial institutions
7 – Non-governmental non-financial organizations
9 – Households (for individuals).
Thus, MSC 29 will mean that the sender of the money is a non-resident of the Republic of Kazakhstan, an individual).
ATTENTION! Be sure to indicate in the comments of the payment order your 7-digit identification code, which you can find in your Personal account, in the section: Wallet-Deposit-Bank deposit.
The standard bank transfer time is the next business day. In exceptional cases, this may take up to 3 business days. In accordance with the Legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On countering the legalization (laundering) of proceeds from crime and the financing of terrorism", the data of the bank account holder must always match the data of the ATAIX Eurasia account holder. If the data does not match, the funds will be returned to the bank account holder within 30 days and the costs will be borne by the account holder.
