How to increase the limit?

To increase the limit, the user needs to do the following: 

1. If the user is a resident of the Republic of Kazakhstan, pass the test and score at least 8 points out of 10. *In this case, the requirement to pass the test applies only to residents of the Republic of Kazakhstan.  

2. Upload a document confirming the source of funds in your personal account. Requirements for such a document: 
* The document must be valid for no more than 1 year, in exceptional cases – 2 years; 
* The document must be official. Examples of such documents: a real estate purchase and sale agreement must be notarized, the user must act as the Seller under the agreement. If this is a loan agreement, then such an agreement must also be sealed by the organization and signed by the parties; if this is a loan from an organization or a second-tier bank, the loan must be received in cash (not an installment plan, not a mortgage, but a financial loan), if this a loan agreement between individuals, such an agreement must be notarized. If this is a certificate from the place of employment, an employment contract and an extract from the pension fund or an extract from the salary card must be attached. The formality of the document should be obvious; if additional questions arise, you may be asked for documents to clarify the data. 
* The document must be scanned in good quality and completely; 
* The document must reflect the data of the user who is requesting the limit increase. 

3. After uploading the document in your personal account, this request is submitted for consideration by authorized employees of the company; after consideration, the updated limit will be displayed in your personal account. The limit amount is set within the limits of confirmed amounts, within the framework of the current internal rules of the company.
